    Manufacturing

    Our production facility has a full range of manufacturing, lifting and auxiliary equipment. Manufacturing facility is divided into two sections: machining section (turning-milling) and a steelwork site (cutting, welding, sandblasting, painting). Warehouse for storage and shipment of finished products is also part of the facility.

    Our engineers are capable to do turn-key projects on downhole tools, service equipment and workshop containers. These projects can run from conceptual idea to prototype building, qualification testing and final manufacturing. We can provide full range of testing for downhole equipment (pressure, temperature, load) and also ISO qualification.

    Pressure Test Container

    This portable pressure test container is designed for a remote operations but with full functionality of a regular test bay. High pressure zone is separated from the control room and all operation is fully automated. Container could be customized for the particular environment (arctic or desert) and for different power supplies (380V, 420V or 575V).

    We manufacture full range of the completion downhole tools. This can be either our products or customer supplied design. Our standard quality control plan for equipment manufacturing is in compliance with ISO 9001. We can also manufacture equipment with the use of customer provided quality control plan.

    Container with Sliding Floor

    This portable storage container is designed for a storage of oilfield equipment and tubulars on the remote location. Sliding floor provides easy and quick access to the equipment. Loading and unloading of the equipment can be done in few minutes. Loading capacity of the sliding floor is 7.5 metric ton.

Services

Apart from equipment manufacturing we also offer service on the design and engineering of well completion equipment. We do testing and qualification of downhole tools from other vendors. If you are looking for oilfield service equipment, you can either purchase or rent it from us.

Extension of our engineering department is Testing, Qualification and NDE services. We can provide full range of testing for downhole equipment (pressure, temperature, load) and also ISO qualification.

 
Equipment Rental

We offer equipment rental, regular inspection and repair. Our rental equipment include downhole tools (setting tools, was pipe, service packers) and surface service equipment (spoolers, baskets, workshops, etc.)
